Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ritz Clothing purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know about returns:

1. Returns:

   - You have 7 days from the delivery date to return items.

   - Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.

   

NOTE: All customers will be handled following the Sops.

2. How to Return:

   - Contact us at [ritzpakistan4@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

   - We'll provide instructions on the return process.

3. Refunds:

   - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds would be done via bank transfer.

   - Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  -NOTE:  amount excluding delivery charges will be refunded .
