Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ritz Clothing purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know about returns:


1. Returns:

   - You have 7 days from the delivery date to return items.

   - Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.

   - NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE WOULD BE ENTERTAINED DUE TO SIZE ISSUES BECAUSE SIZE CHART IS PROVIDED WITH EACH DETAIL AND THATS THE BEST THE BRAND CAN DO AND ITS CUSTOMER DECISION TO CHOOSE THE SIZE.

-No Return would be considered due to (change of mind because the brand has already paid delivery fee ,shirt cost, print cost). This will cause brand garment to be bound in that particular size and design which would cost the brand loss.

NOTE: There would be no relaxation if you wont full fill the criteria above because the brand has to bear loss of all the things mentioned above. All customers will be handled following the Sops.

 


2. How to Return:

   - Contact us at [ritzpakistan4@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

   - We'll provide instructions on the return process.


3. Refunds:

   - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

   - Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  -NOTE: Only 50 percent of total amount excluding delivery charges will be refunded otherwise it would cost brand a great loss.
